The hair gel is one of the most popular hair styling products.  It will help you achieve certain looks, and help your hair stay certain way, while giving the appearance of it being wet.  An in this matter, it is very versatile. Hair gels leave your hair hard, and with great hold, however you have to keep on mind not to touch it.

They come either as sprays or as a pomade for direct application, the choice is a matter of how strong you want the hold to be.  Sprays have less hold, but direct application needs you to work it evenly by hand.

There are some people who are concerned that the hair gel would actually cause some hair loss, but that is not the case.  Hair gel is used on the hair, not the scalp (the root of all baldness ), so the chemicals never touch tour scalp, and they are not harmful –at least with quality products.
